Kari Collins is a 47-year-old writer from Texas who raised two
children, works in the newspaper industry as a writer, columnist
and advertising director.

Her humor column, On Second Thought, is featured weekly in
the Iowa Park Leader, and sometimes picked up and published in
other intelligent and high quality newspapers.

She enjoys watching people; quick, smart-ass exchanges;
fried Spam and potatoes; ghost hunting; hairspray; and
referring to herself in third person. Then she writes about it.

Sports activities she has no intention of mastering.
